The first one is kame saying "chins" instead of "Chips" (Chinchin in japan is a certain male part) and they had been doing on the chinchin topic in the beginning of the episode. So they all scolded him.

The second is it's christman time and they are on a bus going to their "party" and they have fun with masks, and play who their masks are: kame is a monkey talking to Obama.

Everyone is talking about Koki's drama lines and stuff and Kame gives away too much info on the drama
