make sure your camera is is in HD and not SD (you can switch this in the menue).
if you shoot in SD or HD, when you capture your footage on your computer it will see which format was shot. there might be other issues, but this is what i would check on first.

i use this camera but when i upload the footage to my pc it isn't in HD. I'm not sure why. help please.
