@RStyle2993 You can put a gif on XP's desktop but that's about the limit. You *could* try putting a flash file in Active Desktop mode, but from what I recall, it doesn't allow you to click icons.
You don't have Root. Root is Linux's version of windows Admin. I don't advise getting access to root if you don't know what you're doing yet but if you really want to just google it. Hope this helps :)
