Does anyone remember another Black Arrow cartoon movie? Dick Sheldon is blonde in it, and the girl is in a blue dress near the end? Can barely remember much of it as I watched it when I was about 3/4, but damn, I can't find it!

I do too remember these series. I rember watching "Robinson Crusoe" and "Jekyll & Hyde", the latter scared me as a kid. This is a good adaptation of Stevenson's swashbuckler, I don't mind the small changes to the original book at all.
