Sorry, but those things are so basic, that Its really not worth doing. For cavities, you just need a template bit and a template. You just follow the template and it cuts it perfect...
Why for gluing hte neck into the body? You just put glue in the neck pocket, and then clamp the neck down in the pocket.
Nice work man, but I have two questions.
1: Were do you buy the electronics like the pickups and controllers, second is, How much did you pay for making 1 guitar, Include every part on it?

I buy my hardware from guitarpartsresource.
That is not a question you cna just answer... there are so many different brands and qualties of parts, it can range from 100 to 400$ just for parts.
