I've been looking for a good "vegetarian duck" recipe using yuba but cannot find a good authentic one. Tried using dried yuba but the result was flat and chewy, almost like a flat wad of chewy newspaper, hehe. Maybe the instructions were not correct. Any guidance would be MUCH appreciated :-)

My mom makes TOFU and yes nothing at the store comes close. One bite into my moms home made Tofu and you can taste the difference right off the bat.

This is cool that someone is making home made Tofu and providing it in large quantity publicly. This is cool.

Here in Sacramento, CA, we have a tofu factory. It is so much better than the other "American" brands. Amazing stuff.
