of course there are white africans! that's like saying there are no black europeans, or asian americans. Just because a country is known for a certain stereotype does not mean that there are no other people there with different skin tones. Anyways, South Africa has always been known to be predominantly white. there used to be extreme racism against blacks in that region just like in the u.s.
