  • wonderful!! excellent!!!

  • It's very rare to see such a young person play Chopin and actually "feel" the music. I think you did that. The left hand needed to be a little softer, but in general, your performance was wonderful. This definitely sounds like Chopin.

  • Well done! That was a really nice interpretation. Nice tempo - some people play this Waltz too fast, yours had a nice steady beat. One bit of advice, try and play the LH a little softer, to bring out the RH melody. Other than that - great job! :)

  • you fail the arpeggios like me :) I am very happy for i am not the only guy who fails the arpeggios

  • Soften down the left hand more and put dynamic to your tempo.

  • you're nice

  • Very good. You just need to learn how to use that pedal. It's drowning in echo!

  • Congratulation!!!

  • you have a lot of potential kid, keep practicing. one point of critique is, try to keep the tempo more even. i counted a bunch of times where you sped up during the more difficult parts of this song. its alright to add expression and feeling to a piece, but what ends up happening is, if you add to much, the songs stops becoming an interpretation, and becomes something much different, and ends up sounding bad. but this is actually one the better versions Ive heard of this song, keep practicing!

  • very nice!

  • Good play! In other versions fingers are else...

I'm from Poland and i think you are one of the better young pianists.

  • you are very talented and musical, congrats!

  • You are only 10. Would love to hear you when you are 30 ! Amazing!

  • That was very good! I'm also ten and I play piano. I liked how you played it. I think you should challenge your self more. Check out me playing I Got Rhythm by typing in robertgetter1 at the top.

  • Sarah says you are very talented!

  • :) good work Much, much better than some pianist here in youtube

  • u little noob

  • Hey! I am playing this for my Grade 5 exam this year.

    Your music is inspiring :)

    Thanks.

I am so much worse than that :P

  • you played it so awesome. im learning how to play it but i keep messing up on the end.

  • Excellent playing.

  • as chopin would have played it. You have a good feeling for his music. Not many do.

  • Wow. Amazing. I'm learning this piece right now. I've only completed the first page though. I play it almost as good as you, but I'm 11 yrs old, and I've only done the first page, as I said. That was a great performance. You shouldn't stop playing piano. You're really good.

  • You have nice sounding piano!! :)) nice

  • Solid 4/5 with small plus 4 you :) Great Job!

  • you move when you play...this is not great but other is good...

  • Great performance! =)

  • You are a little miracle young boy. One of the best performances of this piece. I think your tempo for this piece is great.

  • exclente!!!!!!!!!! Nice!!!!! like your style ! you play it very nice

  • You are very talented and play with a lot of sensitivity. I've played for 53 years and taught for 47. Don't ever stop playing piano. You have a wonderful gift. I love your playing and think you wil really be fantastic when you are older. Keep listening to your own intuition about how to play a piece and you will do just great!

  • You are awesome, Great performance, i really like it =D

  • bravo!!i like it (:

  • Amazing, Awesome. What I can say!

  • Ur fingers crawl over that piano like a spider...

    creepy...

    but frickin awesome

  • very good. keep up the good work

  • Better than most of the garbage interpretations I've heard on YouTube.

  • Hey, I'll take that!

  • @ChuckAvalon Nope, this whole piece is garbage.

  • There is a reason why Chopin's death wish was not to publish his unpublished works. You are not that reason.

  • very impressive!

  • Very good

  • I like it! Great performance(^^♪

  • forget softers and pianos and fortes...he plays much better than I do, and I am 17 years his senior ^^

  • This is a love song only discovered when played slow ie not a waltz. Only Chopin and the woman who he loved heard it like that. Try it and you will hear what I heard.

  • Wow... I like the way you play! so clear... ^^

  • excellent job!!!

maybe your pedal work would be a lot better if you didn't have such short shorts lol

  • I'm pretty sure that was better than just "okay" lol.

  • I'm impressed!!! You're only 10? :D

  • This is good!

im frustrated cuz im looking for teh other posthumous....XD

  • You are playing good. But try to feel what you are playing.

  • i think left hand should be softer....Anyways great work

  • tres bien ..bien jouè.

  • Great work! This is my favourite composition.

  • I am terrible! I was impressed by you. I do a piano, too, but it will be impossible for the time being to here. My friend played this music, too. I am a Japanese junior high school first grader now. The friend is not good to here (I sulk by rudeness). Will you be a child as far as I looked? Because there are many people that a girl plays the piano in Japan, such a boy wants to get possible to become so me whom there is rarely (as far as I know it). I respect you

  • bloody

    hell :|

  • good good good...I like it.

  • Beautiful, can i have the piece please

  • wait wait wait.. how come i've never heard this waltz before? my gosh.. i'm gonna die!

    T^T

oh and awesome performance..you're very talented (i don't think of anything better to say because i guess that it has all been said before xD lol) aww and you're cute btw! ^_^

  • Wow... This is amazing... gives me chills... I heared this piece for the first time last week when my neice played it... After that I was seeking to listen to it again , so went on youtube and found ur creation. My whole family (including my 2 children ) listen to u all the time now... great work.. keep it up..

  • omg, you're amazing!

    I'm learning this Waltz now...

but I'm not even near to be as good as you!

    keep it up, you're talented!

  • It gave me CHILLS!

Freakishly good for a kid your age. I like it more than the vid you responded to you- it has more motion.

    You're a cute kid- I'm sure you're going to be a prodigy!

Was it hard for your little fingers to stretch? :)

  • Very good....and I learning Waltz now...sorry for my english because I come from Poland. You are young but you able playing..... You are talented:)

  • This is a wonderful piano piece, and I think you have played it wonderfully. The most difficult aspect of this waltz is to keep the bass soft to preserve the flowing melody in the treble. A very beautiful, musical performance.

  • awsum tip. lotz of other ppl playing the same piece on youtube is totally dropping the melody.

  • That's because with so many notes being played in the left hand it is really hard to bring out the melody at times.

  • tru. im playing it rite now. wat fingers do u use for the trills?

  • uh heh...forget that qt. im the same person as bdskr94 so yeah

  • haha...ur rite. just a tip: add more speed variations. worked well 4 me

  • better than most ten year olds. but not all ten year olds

  • Thanks (I think?) Actually, I'm not trying to play better than anyone-- just as good as I can.
