I did a probe and found NUMEROUS spacecraft parked in the sun. Trying to warp to them sends you straight into the middle of the sun and then shoots you out ... except that it's almost impossible to mid-warp bookmark yourself close enough to them to be in range, because stars are BIG. Perhaps a useful tactic to use for hiding in a low-sec system? Probably an exploit though.
@ke3NaNz No bug. I created bookmarks during warp until I got one that was within the middle of the sun. Takes a while as you have to get to a point in space where you warp right through the middle of the sun. A ship with low warp speed helps a little. Didn't use a freighter, though :)
The spot itself is pretty useless, but shows the interesting effect you see in the video.
I was involved in a failed covert cyno bridge and ended up in the middle of the sun, as soon as i moved, it shot me out from the sun at like 60 mil m/s
@AFPCondor13 are you saying stars in eve push you away rather then pull you closer? OMFG i'm going to get my freighter and do that crap! ill probly never see it again unless i get a GM to fix it

Normaly the max limit distance warp to the sun is 500.000 km ...this shows that the game has another bug. You should send a petition.
