I don't see a difference between Aramaic spoken languge and Assyrian , the difference is the written alphabet...the spoken language , except for slight difference in pronounciation, which is normal in all languages, the Language one, so why not call it Assyrian and unite the language and the name of the Nation.

Assyrians and Chaldeans (most anyways) since they for the most part mixed in with each other, still retained their names as Assyrians and Chaldeans. I don't see a difference between Aramaic spoken languge and Assyrian , the difference is the written alphabet...the spoken language , except for slight difference in pronounciation, which is normal in all languages, the Language one, so why not call it Assyrian and unite the language and the name of the Nation.
