I found out those things the skedar are in are actually just machines, cause the skedar are really small and snakelike. Atleast accourding to the character info on the hackers computer

@Zaquroe You destroy ALL the possible pillars. You put the target amplifiers on the ones the R-tracker points out to you and then you use the "Wall-Hugger" option of the Devastator to destroy the other two, since there are five possible pillars. After that, you go to the canyon with the two Skedar below and just before the drop should be the Double Phoenix on the ground!

@GreaterMovieman No? You put target amplifiers on the 3 pillars the tracker tells you to, then you do nothing with the devastator to blow open the weak wall to the inner sanctum

@carbonman555 Well yeah, that's the normal way to do it to get through the level, but in order to get the Double Phoenix, you need to destroy ALL five pillars.

Everyone has failed this mission at least 10 times. even on the easiest difficulty. if you say you beat it on your first try ever, i wont believe you at all.

I misplaced the target amplifier 700 times. the game is to specific. even if you beat this level once i bet you would fail if you tried it again because the target amplifiers must be put in exactly the correct spot otherwise you fail. thats completely stupid and redundant. i quit, never even beat the last level. no regrets.

I downloaded this game on Xbox live yesterday, and finished it at 3:00 this morning. I was fighting the Skedar boss for 10 minutes before I realised what I had to do; I almost ran out of ammo. I think I regret being a playstation kid; Perfect Dark, Turok II, and Golden Eye were much better than Spyro.

you have to do the first mission on perfect then work your way to the final level

complete the whole game on perfect agent. you can play a level on agent, then special agent, then perfect if you want to do it that way

i could never beat this level, i read the briefing over and over again.i beat the entire game up to this level on special aganet, but this level always challenged me. I could never beat the leader. I wasted ALL my ammo busting up the shrine, i saved my rockets and devastator. So then i activated alll my weapons cheats and still ran out of ammo trying to the destroy the shrine room.

As far as explosives go, I can only seem to get 2 slayers and 3 of the 4 devastator grenades.

I will try wall huggers, because they bounced off of the thing above him when I shot AT them.

I removed 2 of the 7 rays of the emblem...

I have no helpers, though...

I could always make it to the boss, but I could never figure out what to do. Then I tried doing the shooting the altar thing, and strangley enough, it didn't work! I'll have to re-try it. I didn't know you could get 4 of the same people... I'll have to find out how to do that.

well i dont remember, its been like 6 years i dont play that game... but i remember that you had to shoot the left "arm" of the statue, then the "right" arm, and then you have to shoot the center. do like the guy in this video does and good luck. ah good times... this game is AWESOME! i miss the times i was just a kid that could play games like this all day :(

I noticed that you did it in co-op mode with several computer characters. If I'm not mistaken, you were also playing it under Agent difficulty. Try playing solo once. It's more rewarding.
