  • There's more pixels in that stadium than most Youtube videos.

  • The only people who get to sit and watch are the handful of people in charge it seems. Everyone else is the show! I wish the best for the people!

  • This is amazing! No fat american could ever achieve this organization except if he was offered a very big hamburguer..

  • This was how China was like in the 80s.

  • Beautiful but disturbing. Maybe I'd enjoy this more if their people were fed properly and given the dignity that comes with basic human rights and freedom.

  • Sorry, but that music really sounds like comunism and russia. ugh

  • Such shows are very typical in totalitarian regimes - let's just remember 1930s in Germany or USSR. Or China, not so long ago.

  • Hate Communism, but love the art.

  • LOVE communism for it creates only beautiful things!

  • It appears that enkidu23 does not know what the word "synchronization" means.

  • they do this every year and its a big thing for you to go and do it on behalf of your family school and community they train hard and dont get any concessions with anything they feel proud to do it, but i dont know if anyones ever tried to refuse..

  • Theyre good at this is this all they do

  • It's a big deal there. Musicians who perform for a competition start practicing over 5 hours/day. And they become really good. But, among the underachievers of today's world, those musicians look amazing.

If everyone practiced at least 5 hours/day of anything, they could perform any given routine perfectly.

  • I play a game 5 hours of the day and my given routine sucks. what am I doing wrong? lol

  • yes, people are selected from as young as teh age of 5 to spend their life doing this.

  • Looks like they invented dot matrix display.

  • i think thailand, taiwan, korea, mongolia, vietnam, nepal, kambochia, laos, myanmar, bangladesh must join china. usa and other western imperials are liars. imperialists and capitalists are sucking money and food from our countries.

  • Define the word 'Imperialist'.

  • This /watch?v=p_oueK1OQYA is a present for North Korea.

  • Yes! I think the same: This is an awesome spectacle!!!! but it is pretty similar to those coregraph displays made on Moscow 1980 Olympics. Also it reminds me that something quite dark is behind all the rehearsals: dictatorship!!!! With a dictatorship everything may result awesome! (Otherwise you die!!!) The incredible shows are those where freedom is the topic of the show like the Opening from Athens Olympics!!!!

  • a big show, indeed. for me it´s ugly. It reminds me to the Reichsparteitage the Nazis had in Nurnberg.

I wonder if there is any individuum in the Korean mass games.

I hope yes, but I know that the regime of North Korea will not allow to anybody to express himself.

  • You can't compare things that don't have connections. Mass movments in the US, in France, in China aren't the same als Reichsparteitage, even so people call them mass movment.

  • In the case of North Korea, and perhaps China, such events are simply propaganda events by the regime. The Reichsparteitag in Nürnberg 1934, which was depicted in the film "Triumph des Willens", was also a propaganda event.
