@GeorgeVreelandHill I moved away from Corpus back in January to go to grad school, and while I probably won't ever live in CC again, there are things I miss like the Watergardens. The nice thing is that I can always go visit. :)
Holy crap, you're kidding. I haven't been to the mall since January-ish? Wow. Sounds like they're making some straaaaaaaaaaange changes. I still don't call it "La Palmera"...I was born and raised here. It's Padre Staples Mall. I'll never get used to the new name.
well, i went this past summer with like 15 friends because our good foreign exchange student friend was going back to Germany and we wanted to spend some time with her before she left...and they were off :(
Gotchya! I figured it had to be military or school or something. Corpus is a good size for a city...you know, if you don't want to live in a big big city or a really small town. Good medium size. I like the size. I just know that with what I want to do, I can't stay here forever. So...it'll be a matter of finding the best place where I can and go from there. Good luck on getting back here though. :)
Thanks! Actually a lot of people do use it for weddings. It's a lovely place for them. The only thing people run into is the wind. Corpus is very windy.
I used to go there and read my scripts when I was doing plays at the Harbor Playhouse.
I love Corpus Christi.
Wish I was back there.

What are you doing in North Dakota??? Though I can't say much...I won't be in Corpus for the rest of my life either.

Husband's in the military, we're hopefully going back when he gets out. Don't know how big it is until you move to something smaller, lol
