While in line, a woman who works for the courthouse asked everyone individually why they were here. I asked her "you tell me". I said this notice to appear was left for "MR.COACHSOOP". I am a 3rd party to this account with full power of attorney. The woman then asked if I was going to pay, plea guilty, not guilty or nolo contendre.

To have "Standing" in court one must allege a violation of a legal right, without it they do not have "Standing" with which to make a complaint and thus leaves the court without subject-matter jurisdiction. I believe their is one big flaw with the info provided in the video.
The courts will not allow a authorised representative to deal with the matter without the defendant being present and will not except that the defendant is a birth certificate.
Therefore they are likely to deal with the matter in your absence.
ok, if you get summonsed to court (or the legal fiction does) why bother attending and saying "im the human being your honour, your acts and statutes I dont stand under" if you are a human being surely you should ignore the summons and all letters in the fiction's name thus YOU (the man) wont be attending court. At least by sending in the birth cert with a conditional acceptance letter you would remain in honour and it would place the ball back in their side of the court. This is mad. About 4 years back I contested in court a speeding fine to try and get out of it (it was a dual carriagway and I was the only car on the road). I had to wait till the end of the day before being seen.
I told them my name and did everything by the book. I tried showing articles in Motorcycle news and the Daily mail showing the LT20/20 speed camera is inacurate. The clerk wouldn't accept them and offered to do the same tests at my expense.

You can actually use the waiting time to your advantage. You can take your full statement and highlight anything you suspect to come up in court that may harm your defense when questioned. You can also highlight anything that may benefit your defense. You can read it read it read it again.
At some point you may get a barrister or anyone working in the trial come to you in a very friendly way. If they do you put your papers face down! Don't give them anything to pick up on! :-)

I do believe this interpretation of the court system to be the Truth. I studied and experimented by driving without a license and registration. I have 0 adhesion contracts with THE STATE OF TEXAS. I explained the workings of the contract system and I accomplished nothing. These people have completely identified with their legal fictions.

I have a copy of the 3rd edition. I have read a little of the 8th edition and compared the two and they are completely different. I wouldn't get anything past the 5th edition. You can find them on ebay. A great tool for your arsenal.
The definitions in the newer versions change. Its like they become more vague in definition, like they know we're reading or something. LOL
The newer ones seem to add to the definition in a very vague sense, but do not include the original. So it's like they hope you don't know to go back to older versions and reference those. @giroyagetme You can find a notice of Amicus Curiae and other relevant documents at creditorsincommerce dt com but I would assert you'll not be ready to use them before you've done at least 12 months intensive study. No one can, should or will do the work on your behalf, friend. The paperwork is only 1% of your remedy, it is not a safety net... Best of luck, study well.

I was then asked for ID - I again denied as I have no obligation.
I was then asked to leave the Court!!
I left.
This was a FAMILY CASE - divorce.

I told the Judge I am an Agent Salahuddin with a full power of attorney for the 'Person' Mr Salahuddin Khan.
The Judge told me 'I need to see the Power of Attorney'.
I replied 'I am not obliged to do such'
The Judge then said 'I need to be satisfied by seeing your ID ie utility bill etc'
I replied 'I have no obligation to do so - or are you saying I do'
The Judge replied: 'Leave this Court please'.
I replied I will leave the chambers but I will remain in Court.

If the "judge" leaves the room, should I stay or inform the court that I am now the highest ranking official under common law and dismiss this matter since the administrator has abandoned ship. While in line, a woman who works for the courthouse asked everyone individually why they were here. I asked her "you tell me". I said this notice to appear was left for "MR.COACHSOOP". I am a 3rd party to this account with full power of attorney. The woman then asked if I was going to pay, plea guilty, not guilty or nolo contendre.

Your views on "standing" are a little weird, in that, they're wrong. To have "Standing" in court one must allege a violation of a legal right, without it they do not have "Standing" with which to make a complaint and thus leaves the court without subject-matter jurisdiction. Also, there must be "true" adversaries. Is the "Crown" a "true" adversary? Well, to find out just ask, simple.
Is there any evidence of a complaining party? All you want is a yes or no. Guess what? They never ever answer!

The courts will not allow a authorised representative to deal with the matter without the defendant being present and will not except that the defendant is a birth certificate.
Therefore they are likely to deal with the matter in your absence.

ok, if you get summonsed to court (or the legal fiction does) why bother attending and saying "im the human being your honour, your acts and statutes I dont stand under" if you are a human being surely you should ignore the summons and all letters in the fiction's name thus YOU (the man) wont be attending court. Just send the birth certificate in. But dont complain when they kick your door in and remand you in custody. I was in court and they called me Gareth Clements, not MR.

At least by sending in the birth cert with a conditional acceptance letter you would remain in honour and it would place the ball back in their side of the court. Now, the sad thing is, the only power courts have is violence (and threat of violence).
You need to say only one thing: "If you lay a finger on me, I will consider that a physical assault". What do you do if someone physically assaults you? Fight back!(but most likely they will back off after you say that - you've become a hassle)
If they can't physically coerce you to pay, what can they do? Absolutely nothing!

This is mad. About 4 years back I contested in court a speeding fine to try and get out of it (it was a dual carriagway and I was the only car on the road). I had to wait till the end of the day before being seen.
I told them my name and did everything by the book. I tried showing articles in Motorcycle news and the Daily mail showing the LT20/20 speed camera is inacurate. The clerk wouldn't accept them and offered to do the same tests at my expense.

You can actually use the waiting time to your advantage. You can take your full statement and highlight anything you suspect to come up in court that may harm your defense when questioned. You can also highlight anything that may benefit your defense. You can read it read it read it again.
At some point you may get a barrister or anyone working in the trial come to you in a very friendly way. If they do you put your papers face down! Don't give them anything to pick up on! :-)

I'm not sure about "authorized representative". I'm not sure I want to say I am re-presenting. I think I'm actually presenting myself. But, I'm not sure of course. I only have one experience in court and I have first hand knowledge that many of the other things he is saying are effective. These videos are fantastic.

In contract law silence is considered acceptance. That wouldn't be a good idea if you are following this approach.

it will only answer questions if you have the 5th or 6th addition..because they are on to this and changed alot of definitions..Than you can see the changes against the 8th addition and poof the light will go on

I have a copy of the 3rd edition. I have read a little of the 8th edition and compared the two and they are completely different. I wouldn't get anything past the 5th edition. You can find them on ebay. A great tool for your arsenal.

Black's Law dictionary, 3rd edition. It helps me out a lot. Found it on ebay.

The definitions in the newer versions change. Its like they become more vague in definition, like they know we're reading or something. LOL
The newer ones seem to add to the definition in a very vague sense, but do not include the original. So it's like they hope you don't know to go back to older versions and reference those. The word "person" is a good example. It's completely different than earlier versions, but still has its original meaning.

I did find:
legal person
: a body of persons or an entity (as a corporation) considered as having many of the rights and responsibilities of a natural person and esp. the capacity to sue and be sued
But the laws (In Texas anyway) do not say Legal Person. They say PERSON.

I have yet to find the legal definition of a "person" be anything aside from:
person
1: "natural person"
2: the body of a human being
also
: the body and clothing of a human being
Example: had drugs on his person
3: one (as a human being or corporation) that is recognized by law as the subject of rights and duties

Take a digital r3ecorder if you can get one in. Courts, although wheels of justice can be painfully and often deliberately slow, is where teh power of teh nation lies. It is tedious but it is a neglected arena by the people. People have more power than they would ever know in the sytem of law. Use it, make it yours. LEARN HOW.

I am not a crimminal never have been trust me for one second here ,I've usedthis sort of knowledge about 20 times in crimminal court-never heard the word contempt once though one time I did meet the states top forensic psychologist cause maybe I was getting uppity and EVEN THEN He the phyche guy -a elder Jewish gentleman and I became fast friends for real, and all ended well. you can always recover but you should know that intristicly. I never lose.

i agree...court is a game...he who has the most money wins. lawyers? those are the people that lie to you to make you believe you stand a chance.
pretrial? what the judge will decide during the real trial. justice? it is very rare!

Excellent! I was having my car seized by Garda for have no Motor Tax, under section blah blah, and he asked me if I understood. I told him I didn't. "What part don't you understand?" he asked. "All of of it", I replied. I said I have harmed no-one.
I told him he was putting my expensive drum equipment at risk at 0030 at night. He then softened up and said I could keep the car. (LST)he then told me he would issue me a fine for 120Euro.

Get this... they tell EVERYONE that they must appear in court but then they turn you away and say that something will be sent in the mail in a month or2 as they are way behind!
Unbelievable waste of peoples time. Hell, were looking at a 5-6 month time-span for a 100$ ticket.... seems very inefficient at the least. I guess I took a Xanax for nota..
