  • i tried p90x its amazing and has a wide variety of workouts but you knw i try it for a eek then i make excuses and stop for 3 weeks then 1 week thne stop i dont knw how ot keep the motivation !!

  • i am at day 0, starting tomorrow, i wasnt sure cause im training for 5k-10k's but i wanted to get in better shape... now i decided what i want first, k's can wait some time

  • @Otaloonso Yeah after doing 2 rounds of p90x, I did Asylum while training for my first 10k... it was great. now I'm ready for a new challenge! If you want support along the way, I'll be your accountability partner.. just email me at david@SymbioticFitness . com and tell me you're from youtube

  • I'm on day 6, was looking for inspiration to press play. Found it here.

  • @enialis02 Awesome..glad it could inspire you man.. keep going!

  • GREAT JOB MAN. NUTRITION AND DIET IS REALLY TOUGH.

  • @raynez It is when you first start out.. after a while, it becomes habit.

  • This is much better...more awesome .....and more inspirational than your previous video....you rock....!!!......3:42-3:46...:)

  • The vid was done well. I liked it. Definitely more interested.

  • Damn brah

  • 3 ppl are too lazy!

  • ive been struggling with weight loss for some years now but since i discovered the Insanity programs, TurboFire and recently P90X things have been looking a bit better for me. The only problem is... well... my family LOVES to eat lol... but i Try my best to incorporate as much training as possible with my family life... ur video just bitch-slapped me... so now since Xmas is over time to get back serious for the new year 2012...peace bro.

  • Did you use any supplements?

  • @djpunk555 Yes.. I've posted all the details on my website: MySymFitness . com

  • Awesome results!

  • hi, first i want to tell you that your change its amazing i want to ask you if i am 17 years old and 95 kg that its like 210 pounds and 1.75m that it like 5.77 ft what you recommend insanity 60 days workout, insanity asylum or p90x? whatt is the best for my age and my weight and what tips can you give me to have a transformation like you

  • @hd95ful Thanks! Insanity and Asylum are not programs for beginners... you should start with P90X or even Power 90 (the one right before P90X). Focus a lot on your nutrition.. watch my P90X Nutrition Simplified video for help.. click my name to get to my channel to watch it.

  • Lol you look like the bad guy from Judge Dredd on day 90

  • @lord1night1wish ahah.. is that good or bad?

  • @SymbioticFitness Good thing.I am the Law! Lol

  • Wie geil ist dass denn :D

so pretty cool with your kids. Very good idea ^^

  • congrats i just got p90x and ill be doing it so i can go to army ranger school and graduate

  • I'm very unfit and unhealthy, thinking of buying this, pretty convincing, although, do you really start seeing results after 90 days? Particularly around the ab area? And what is the difference between P90X and Asylum-Insanity? How is Asylum a step further then P90X? Also, how many rounds are there of Asylum?

Please excuse me if I am asking too many questions, but I really want to get in shape fast. :)

  • @SamoanSoilder Insanity Asylum is a 30 day problem and is made for p90x graduates. It's more intense - think of it as shorter, burst workouts. P90X will change your life but if you want the fastest results, you'll have to improve your nutrition.. I can help you with it. Buy P90X through my site and I'll coach you through it. MySymFitness . com - I'll be assigned your coach for free when you order.

  • @SymbioticFitness Sure, will consider it, but I'm from NZ, will it be available to me since i'm from a different country?

  • im stuck with the results in the middle at 1:36 help?

  • @cwazyboy123 Yeah, I'd be happy to help.. I offer free coaching to people who join my team. We also have a great private support group on Facebook. Join my team at MySymFitness . com and then I'll shoot you an email to get started.. let me know that its "cwazyboy123" from youtube when you sign-up.

  • song name?

  • @TonyTheSecret Linkin Park - Waiting for the End

  • You're quite inspiring, really well done! This makes me know I can do it as I'm 20 and 12% bf.

I think the running is gonna hit you despite all of that though! I can do an hour of jump rope a day, but some running and I feel dead lol

  • @Derangedxzombie You're right... running is just something you have to get out and do. These workouts can help increase SPEED but the endurance of running has to be earned by running! I did the mudrun and it was brutal... I did very well (based on what I've been told by several experienced distance runners). Am I still running now? Nope! But will I do it again? Yes...! I loved the challenge!

  • Hey, was wondering if you're LDS..!!

  • @bjmolimau21 Yes I am! And there are a lot of other LDS people who have joined my team. We have a group on Facebook where we check in daily to share ideas, motivate each other and share results.. it's not just me anymore, there are 450+ people on my team now!

  • @SymbioticFitness Nice brother! I am as well. You look familiar! I was part of TeamRIPPED and took part in the Asylum Challenge with TeamRIPPED vs. Team Xcellent Asylum challenge! Were you part of Team Xcellent?

  • @bjmolimau21 Yep! I was in the challenge.. with my 30 day results. I then took 30 days off, doing maintenance...but then did another 30 days of asylum/p90x hybrid. Team Ripped rocks.. Wayne is great!

  • Your an inspiration to all us fellow Gaffers, amazing job my friend :)

  • @DevintotheColp Thanks bro! Appreciate that.

  • oh my Gosh, I can't believe who much you have changed, you are so amazing!

  • wow, Kids r having a gr8 time with the dad. :) these will be good memories when they got older

  • Do people automatically tan when they get fit??? Either way, you look great, Dude. Brought a tear to my eye...seriously.

  • @ccc1024ccc They probably feel more confident about having their shirt off (: I know at the moment I'm not one for walking around topless lol, which is dumb because I'm a guy, not a lady

  • Now

  • Yep im inspired niw

  • hey i want to lose my love handles and the fat covering my lower abs. do you think running and doing p90x classic is gonna help me a lot? ohh im also dieting and i need a lot of help with that. i'm 5'8 160 pounds but i have some fat in my abs area and what kind of dieting do you think i should do to burn those fat? thanks man

  • @reallylongusername03 Most people need help with their diet and this is where I really help people as a coach. You can join my team at SymbioticFitness . com - I offer free coaching to help you figure out how many calories to eat and how much protein, to hit your goal. I'd be happy to help.

  • @reallylongusername03 do the p 90 x eat salads non greasy stuff vetgin olive oil and for dinner have fisha nd steak not too much when uc rave food take a lap around ur house

  • Everyone looks better with muscles. :D

  • Wow! You got huge! I'm doing insanity and p90x right now I'm currently on round one month 3 of p90x and round two month one of insanity and I've lost close to 40 pounds but I'm bigger muscle wise than I've ever been beachbody and the coaches are life changers :) keep up the great work man!

  • @kazarkas1993 Yes... p90x doubles and running sounds like overkill. Your body will actually stop losing the body fat if you create too large of a calorie deficit by over exertion. I have a good friend who plays soccer 3x a week, goes running and did p90x thinking he could get a 6 pack and it was too much. He's had to keep upping his calories before his body would shed the body fat. I suggest doing p90x classic + running or just doubles. Remember, nutrition is key.

  • Major!!! Keep up the excellent work and I will be joining you soon.

  • wow thats AMAZING

  • Hi, I am starting P90X next Monday and I am so excited, I hope I never stop and don't miss any day of it, If I feel like stopping, I will just watch your video again, thanks!

  • Freakin' awesome man! Good job. I'm in the middle of week 2 of p90x right now, pluggin along. Started with Insanity, lost 25 lbs. I got 25 more to go, but decided to tackle p90x. I must say that month 1's plyo has nothing on Insanity's max plyo, but I can always sub. I love team Beach Body! Good luck with your Symbiotic Fitness! Keep changing lives!

  • @lanasman Thanks bro! Remember, nutrition makes up 70% of the results. I've shared my diet and lots of nutrition tips on my website. It should help a lot : SymbioticFitness . com

  • great job what is the name of the song?

  • Hey could you please let me know which video editing software you used to create this video? Pls.... Appreciate your help.

  • @woow14610 Pinnacle Studio HD 14 - for the PC!

  • wow good stuff!

  • it's either the picture wrong, but you got the weirdest tan line i've ever seen XD

  • @nghiahuunguyen Which picture?

  • @SymbioticFitness 1:26 , picture in front before, n in back... there's like a square tan line on ur arm and side haha

  • @nghiahuunguyen ah! yeah.. that's a reflection from the mirror. Funny lookin, you're right..

  • @SymbioticFitness dude you look much much better!!!!!

  • I love your videos, congratulations on all of you success!!

  • @Hatsumomo20 Thanks!! I appreciate the feedback.

  • YEEEEESSSSSS!!!!!!!! you can run that mile :)

  • @SaRuNaSAuRiMaS Thanks! :) My mud-run training is going well.. I've run 3miles continuously and 5.5 miles now with short breaks... feeling good :)

  • hell ya man great job!

  • @lepricon211 Thanks bro :)

  • I went to the sight, and added your wife as my coach, but now I can't get back in. You answered my question though. Would it work for me. My husband and I are going to do this together, so I think p90x is the one we are using to begin with. Thank you for the advice though, I will certainly keep it in mind if I hit a plateau. We won't actually be getting started until July, as I told your wife in my email to her, we are waiting on a check. Thanks again! We'll be talking to you soon.

  • @maryflager Excellent! So excited to have you guys. So if you created an account, it would have referred you over to teambeachbody . com where all the orders are handled. Now that you're on her team, you can go directly to teambeachbody . com to place the orders. It doesn't have to be through our site. There's a link on our home page that takes you to our message board. (it's a yellow button on the right side). That's where our team supports each other on a daily basis!

  • cute monkies on the back... ;) I bet she DID do it again. What sweeties you have. And GREAT job! on the transformation. my husband and I are getting ready to do this. I'm going to that website you posted right now. Your video is the best I've seen yet, although I have seen bigger people loose to that. I am a bigger girl, my husband is about average for his age group, but I'm huge and not exaggerating. So, we're going to check out that site, and purchasing p90x asap! Thanks 4 sharing.

  • @maryflager Thanks! :) I also posted a video of my 6 month transformation - you can find it by going to our youtube channel (just click on my name). Looking forward to having you on the team. We're coaching several women over 200 lbs and a couple men over 300 lbs so don't think that you're somehow too large to get started :) However, I would recommend that you check out Turbo Jam and Chalene Extreme - they are more geared towards women!

  • @beastaws Awesome.. if you're looking for a coach, join my team and I'll help keep you motivated and help you with nutrition. SymbioticFitness . com

  • @StevenM92 Thanks bro - I appreciate that. Are you doing P90X too?

  • whats ur website name

  • @zach10296 symbioticfitness . com

  • I gotta be honest, although ive seen other small vids of people with so called results..yours really hit me, i half assed tried p90x last year and only did 1 month, i just started it again but sometimes i wonder if this really works, especially since i downloaded my copy of the workouts, your video has touched me so much that i just came close to tears bro, this is coming from a ex navy intell seaman who is now a civillian training to hopefully become a fitness model. Thank you...

  • @SuperSimba6 I really appreciate your comments! My transformation really affected the people around me - I literally have like 3-4 dozen friends and family members doing p90x now.. it's CRAZY. I will help you get the results you want.. I'll share exactly what I ate, what supplements I took and I'll make recommendations to you! Hook up with us on Facebook . com/Symfit - Also checkout my web site - if you "Join my team", I'll send you an email and help you out.

  • @SymbioticFitness ok i just joined your website right now and ill be joining your facebook in a second. My name is Kevin.

  • @SuperSimba6 Want to hear something cool? I'm coaching an active duty marine (who's in IRAQ right now) - he's prepping for PT he said. Anyway, I have an enormous respect for our military so I'd be happy to do anything to help you.

  • Great transormation! You rocked it. Doing Asylum now for my first triathlon. Best wishes to you on your mudrun!

  • @lizesco1 Thanks.. how do you like Asylum? I'm loving it so far :) I still don't like running :)

  • @SymbioticFitness Completed it on 05/28. LOVE IT! Great results. Working on posting my results video this week. =D

  • In the video it said that you got the results after 3.5 months in the gym and 3 months of p90x. Did you lift at the gym while you were doing p90x, or did you do the gym for 3.5 months then 3 months of p90x?

  • @jayjbrice I went to the gym starting in June 2010 for 3.5 months, lifting, until I found P90X.. then I did only p90x for 3 months... !

  • Awesome (again) and LOL at using the kids as weights. So cute and funny!!

  • Awesome! Nuff said!

  • You are awesome, you inspire me to do more and better. I always thought genetics

( " you just big boned ") would hold me back. But i believe i can do anything . Thanks for sharing

  • @trnholmes Thanks for the compliment! That's right, 'being big boned' is a myth!! And you're proving that it's a myth!

  • @SymbioticFitness

dude!!!! why on earth did you try to "gain mass" in the second round??? it just made you look big.. you were looking so good by the end of the first round, then you went and killed it by giving up cardio... far out, you would have had a 6 pack and everything, now you just look like a meathead.

  • @illSerenadeYourMum Chilax bro.. I'm now working on a cut again. At the end of my first round, I found that I was getting really lean.. 176 lbs and I wanted to go lower on body fat but I would have ended up around 165. Now, I'll have about 8-9 lbs of muscle to help me out. I'll be losing about 10-12 lbs over the next 2 months. Stay tuned! :)

  • @dingram602

yeah, um.. perhaps i overreacted... it's still nice work bro (Y)

  • Love it!!!! So proud to be part of the team! Thanks for all of your great coaching!!

  • Awesome stuff! I'm so impressed! Congrats!

  • Way to bring it man! You are the fire we all need to achieve great things!

  • Superman is in the building.

  • @rodgwag1 hahah thanks... it sure feels like that sometimes :)

  • I LOVE this song, lol! Amazing results mister, you continue to be a great motivator for me!

  • @mikesay98 Thanks bro - I appreciate that.. yeah, it's a killer song.

  • coach me??

  • @tbear116 Absolutely, just join my team at my website Symbioticfitness . com

  • Way to go David!

  • You are killing it Dave!! Congrats!
