Great vid mate. So i take it you programmed your Isotonic in MAX for Live, although not stated in your video. I have to say that is a great use of the software, any chance you would consider doing a video on how you went about that. Great Stuff. Cheers!
Hey man! THANKS! pretty helpful little video there. You said you actually made that isotonik effect on max for live? Once i get completely "ableton literate", how hard is it to do that?
Well the patch has taken me about 100 hours to create and test now so i wouldn't call it easy, but then i had no experience of Max before i started so i've learnt as i went on...
No it's a device built in Ableton made up from some effects created by a an awesome guy called tarekith.... send me your email as a message and i'll send you set it's contained in....
The additional clis take up no extra room on your harddrvevasvthey simply reference the original als file, cropping gives you a better look and is also
great vid & workflow, just not sure about the need to 'crop'. As far as I can tell the clip waveform will look less cluttered but the cropped clips become new files on your hard disk, using more space? Personal pref I suppose.
dude ive been using ableton for several months now, and right off the bat u showed me a way to warp tracks thats sooo much better then doing it manually... thanks
thanks for the insight buddy

easier to set follow actions up
for as the maths is easier when starting at 1.1.1
