i want evidence of the miracles done at the revival in lakeland i have just come across some of these men and i am checking this out after all Jesus would do miracles and say go tell..or go show... i was not there and don't just want to believe it because someone i don't know said it
you'll notice, that names of healed people are never given, and names of hospitals or treating doctors names are never given, so that no one can ever look into the validity of these supposed healings.
@iconoclast911 Wikipedia says no permanent healings were ever confirmed officially, even though they sent a research team... Of course wikipedia isn't a reliable source either, but right now we don't have proof either way.

(1) I know I'm saved because the Bible clearly teaches a "know-so" salvation. If one meets is willing to trust Christ completely, (John 1:12); repent of the sin of unbelief in his atoning shed blood (John 3:18), and call upon him (Romans 10:9-10,13), then you can KNOW you're saved (I John 5:11-13).

Jesus Christ said at the end of Mark and Matthew for all to go to all nations and preach the gospel. Are you doing this? @bluesmann8 Dude, I just told you that I know of four people who were healed there. They told me they saw people get out of wheel chair. One friend of mine said he saw over seventy wheel chairs lined up against the wall that people left, and the number increased by the time he left. The reality is you don't know anything about demonic spirits. You've probably never even done an exorcism like most american chrisitans. I do them quite frequently, especially on my mission trips.

Sadly, because of the original fall, people must die. God is not bound by time, thus it seems it takes God a long time to do any thing. If someone wants their child healed then they should get them to meetings where faith for healing is high... you can't sit around complaining and think God will heal you, get somewhere where people are praying.

Jesus changed everything. First of all, you can be a good person and still burn in hell. Jesus said " you must be born again" . Any one, no matter how noble or good, that is not born again, or whose parents are not born again ( before they reach the age of accountability ) will burn in hell. God gave us a way out, in love, and Jesus died willingly with much suffering, no need to deny him any longer. Read the gospel of John, and then the book of acts.

When a person is born they are born in the image of adam, with a dead spirit. You see, adam killed his spirit on the day he sinned and therefore all of his descendants are born with a soul and a body but the spirit must be born again. When a person is born again then this becomes the inheritance of their children at least until they are old enough to believe for themselves. Whether all children that do not have believing parents go to hell i do not know, but i won't twist scripture for u.
You dont want to admit those children will go to hell because you know deep down inside you that sending children to be toertured forever because their parents were not 'saved' is unspeakably cruel and unjust.

This "revival" MAY have started on the right foot, but when people ministering forget to humble themselves and become self sufficient, the Holy Spirit separates and the minstry crumbles in their hands, just like what happened here. God uses whomever he wants, but when the person takes over pushing God aside, the doors then open for the deceit of satan to "snake" his way in. And those not gifted with decernment fall under his spell innocently. Galatians 6:7 Luke 8:17
The people that God uses are flawed. Has any one ever seen a "neat" flood? Revival is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and it washes all kinds of dirty stuff to the surface.
Depends what you mean by amazing. I saw him here in Australia and a guy in the audience got up a started swearing at someone behind him. Back then I had no clue what that was about. But now that I have been persecuted by satans followers like never before I've narrowed it down to two possibilities:

I think a lot of christians are so judgmental, based on appearance rather than using "righteous judgment" (judgment by the fruit).. It is historical what I told you and a Coming of the LORD as John the Apostle included is not for today and never was for today. A Coming of the LORD means that a foreign Army will come into the land of the Hebrews(Which is Israel) and destroy or take over. This is exactly what the Romans did. That's why John in Revelation, said: "The Time is at hand". You and many Christians believe the same dogmatic belief system which is wrong.
My mom and I went to Lakeland for three days a while ago. It was amazing, God was there and he met with me. As for the hitting/kicking thing...pastors who have come to our church have told of times they did that kind of thing, but ONLY when they heard God tell them to do it, and the person was healed. If a pastor was sure that God told them to kick me and I would be healed, I wouldn't mind a bit-I'd be startled, that's for sure. But again, if it meant that I was healed what's a kick to my leg?

2 months ago I got food poisoning (from a tainted taco) and an embarrassing skin rash (don't ask).
My sister took me to Lakeland. Todd yelled a prayer over me and 7 days later (a holy number!) my diarrhea WAS HEALED!
I praise God and Todd (even though I still have the rash)!
Believing1Thomas, Jesus prayed for a blind man who was only partially healed. It wasn't until Jesus prayed a second time that the man was fully cured. One of the woman in the video said that it wasn't until the fourth day at the revival meetings that she was healed. Sometimes it takes being prayed for repeatedly before you are totally healed. If Jesus had to pray twice, we shouldn't be surprised that we sometimes have to pray more than once.

Believing1Thomas, sorry about that. It's 2 TIMOTHY 4:20. Paul wrote, "Erastus stayed in Corinth, and I left Trophimus sick in Miletus." Paul didn't heal everyone instantly, nor did he always wait around or keep praying until he saw complete healing.
So, where in the Bible does it say that Trophimus was ever healed? Did it ever cross your mind that not everyone gets healed? That God may have bigger plans? Ever hear of Joni Erickson? She's been a quadraplegic since she was 19 and has had an ENORMOUS impact on the lives of millions around the world. You focus on the wrong things - Spiritual life isn't about health and wealth, it's about spiritual things.

I meant that you shouldn't say a person does not have a genuine gift of healing just because everyone isn't healed. You asked, "Did the blind man leave Jesus unhealed?" Jesus had perfect faith, while ours is still be perfected by Him. Paul had a healing gift yet he left a man unhealed. This shows that having a healing gift doesn't mean you'll never leave anyone unhealed.
What the Trophimus issue should tell you is that the physical is not as important as the spiritual. The physical is just temporary. With that truth in mind, why so much focus on the physical? On the so-called manifestations? i did not realize he was doing that. That is wrong. But Todd Bently clearly had some poor character aspects to look at. These revivals ended with him having an affair. Okay - I pretty much agree with what you said, then. I personally believe that ALL believers are baptized with the Holy Spirit, but that's a different discussion.
I've been in AG churches - I know they're more in tune with the Bible than the "word of faith" bunch who don't seem to care what the Bible says unless they can find something to back up one of their bizarre doctrines.

1.Why is there no medical verefication given for any of these miracles?
2. When Jesus & the apostles healed they were complete healings. Complete sight to the blind; complete healing to the lame. Why are so many of these "healings" only partial healings?
Jesus prayed for a blind man who wasn't totally healed. It wasn't until Jesus prayed a second time that the man was fully cured. One of the woman in the video said that it wasn't until the fourth day at the revival meetings that she was healed. Sometimes it takes being prayed for repeatedly before you are totally healed. If Jesus had to pray twice, we shouldn't be surprised that we sometimes have to pray more than once.
It's really sad that the body of Christ would rather function in fear and look for Satan in everything than believe that God is still healing people because He loves them. Praise God for what he is doing! God alone is good and He loves us!
Here is a promise for the skeptics: "Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. In scriptures that refer to the end times but discuss the "signs and wonders", they aren't referring to a great revival. They are referring to a great falling away. When the scriptures about the end times reference "angels" causing things to occur, they are never the will of God, but the will of Satan and the Anti-Christ.

two healings actually. 1 had 3 ribs broken away from my sternum in a soccer game. the doctor couldn't do anything for it. i was going to a youth convention that weekend and felt horrible. i was praying during altar call and was healed. did 50 pushups right there.
2nd - i had a bout with testicular cancer, but was healed through prayer by Christ Jesus before any medication was issued.
just two some-what major instances of God doing miraculous works in me. God works miracles daily though.
i want evidence of the miracles done at the revival in lakeland i have just come across some of these men and i am checking this out after all Jesus would do miracles and say go tell..or go show... i was not there and don't just want to believe it because someone i don't know said it

(1) I know I'm saved because the Bible clearly teaches a "know-so" salvation. If one meets is willing to trust Christ completely, (John 1:12); repent of the sin of unbelief in his atoning shed blood (John 3:18), and call upon him (Romans 10:9-10,13), then you can KNOW you're saved (I John 5:11-13).

If you'll read Matthew 7:13 to the end of the chapter, you'll see that there are MANY ways that seem to be right, but are not. How can you tell the difference? Take a look at their WORKS! One friend of mine said he saw over seventy wheel chairs lined up against the wall that people left, and the number increased by the time he left. The reality is you don't know anything about demonic spirits. You've probably never even done an exorcism like most american chrisitans. I do them quite frequently, especially on my mission trips.

This stuff is REAL, everyone! I went to one of these a few years ago. My neighbor's kids kept messing up my lawn, so I went to a revival and asked Jesus to help me. Sadly, because of the original fall, people must die. God is not bound by time, thus it seems it takes God a long time to do any thing. Jesus changed everything. First of all, you can be a good person and still burn in hell. Jesus said " you must be born again" . Any one, no matter how noble or good, that is not born again, or whose parents are not born again ( before they reach the age of accountability ) will burn in hell. God gave us a way out, in love, and Jesus died willingly with much suffering, no need to deny him any longer. Read the gospel of John, and then the book of acts.

When a person is born they are born in the image of adam, with a dead spirit. You see, adam killed his spirit on the day he sinned and therefore all of his descendants are born with a soul and a body but the spirit must be born again. When a person is born again then this becomes the inheritance of their children at least until they are old enough to believe for themselves. Whether all children that do not have believing parents go to hell i do not know, but i won't twist scripture for u.

I trust that God is just and I am in no way going to make judgments based on human limitations about a God that knows the end from the beginning. God knows how every life will turn out before they are even born so it is impossible for me to make judgments against that. But like i said i don't know for sure so i am not going to act like i do, lol.

This "revival" MAY have started on the right foot, but when people ministering forget to humble themselves and become self sufficient, the Holy Spirit separates and the minstry crumbles in their hands, just like what happened here. God uses whomever he wants, but when the person takes over pushing God aside, the doors then open for the deceit of satan to "snake" his way in. Depends what you mean by amazing. I saw him here in Australia and a guy in the audience got up a started swearing at someone behind him. Back then I had no clue what that was about. But now that I have been persecuted by satans followers like never before I've narrowed it down to two possibilities:

@fliper201 This is a really pour evaluation. Todd Bentley was not out to promote himself. If you knew the guy, you would know that Jesus Christ is the only thing that he wants to give glory.. I think a lot of christians are so judgmental, based on appearance rather than using "righteous judgment" (judgment by the fruit).. It's best for a Christian to reserve judgment because God is the only one who is to be the judge. When we judge, we tread dangerous waters.

My mom and I went to Lakeland for three days a while ago. It was amazing, God was there and he met with me. As for the hitting/kicking thing...pastors who have come to our church have told of times they did that kind of thing, but ONLY when they heard God tell them to do it, and the person was healed. If a pastor was sure that God told them to kick me and I would be healed, I wouldn't mind a bit-I'd be startled, that's for sure. But again, if it meant that I was healed what's a kick to my leg?

To all you doubters & haters, I AM A WITNESS to the latter-day SPIRITUAL RAIN pouring through Benny Hinn & Todd Bentley (though lately Todd's rain has slowed, I hear he's still sprinkling as much as possible on the side).
2 months ago I got food poisoning (from a tainted taco) and an embarrassing skin rash (don't ask).
My sister took me to Lakeland. Todd yelled a prayer over me and 7 days later (a holy number!) my diarrhea WAS HEALED!

Believing1Thomas, Jesus prayed for a blind man who was only partially healed. It wasn't until Jesus prayed a second time that the man was fully cured. One of the woman in the video said that it wasn't until the fourth day at the revival meetings that she was healed. Sometimes it takes being prayed for repeatedly before you are totally healed. If Jesus had to pray twice, we shouldn't be surprised that we sometimes have to pray more than once.

Believing1Thomas, sorry about that. It's 2 TIMOTHY 4:20. Paul wrote, "Erastus stayed in Corinth, and I left Trophimus sick in Miletus." Paul didn't heal everyone instantly, nor did he always wait around or keep praying until he saw complete healing.

I meant that you shouldn't say a person does not have a genuine gift of healing just because everyone isn't healed. You asked, "Did the blind man leave Jesus unhealed?" Jesus had perfect faith, while ours is still be perfected by Him. Paul had a healing gift yet he left a man unhealed. This shows that having a healing gift doesn't mean you'll never leave anyone unhealed.

So his poor character shined through which really sucks for Christianity in General. And if i can clear up what the AG believes, we do not believe people have to speak in tongues. We believe that IF there is an INITIAL PHYSICAL evidence of baptism in the spirit, it wil be tongues.

In scriptures that refer to the end times but discuss the "signs and wonders", they aren't referring to a great revival. They are referring to a great falling away. When the scriptures about the end times reference "angels" causing things to occur, they are never the will of God, but the will of Satan and the Anti-Christ.

It's the mirror image (and just as off the tracks) as those who refuse to go to Doctors and only use 'faith.'
Of course Mr. Tharpe, being SELF-deceived will deny this, just asking for 'proof' that a miracle has occurred. And of course he's never, ever seen ANY proof that ANYONE has been miraculously cured since the days of the apostles.

where did you get any of that buddy? you've got a talent. continue to assume. it definitely bring legitimacy to your argument. i never said ANY of that. im done throwing my pearls before the swine. ive seen miracles. ive been miraculously healed. my brother has been miraculously healed. im not against healings - im against false prophets. "they rose from their coffin screaming 'praise jesus and praise todd bentley." i'm against THAT! Just because someone is healed, does NOT mean it's God! (read)

two healings actually. 1 had 3 ribs broken away from my sternum in a soccer game. the doctor couldn't do anything for it. i was going to a youth convention that weekend and felt horrible. i was praying during altar call and was healed. did 50 pushups right there.
2nd - i had a bout with testicular cancer, but was healed through prayer by Christ Jesus before any medication was issued.
just two some-what major instances of God doing miraculous works in me. God works miracles daily though.
