i love your car collection sir. my dream is to have one (once i will make enough money). idea is not to collect expensive cars but ones that would be cheap but exotic in some way. im thinking citroen xm, porshe 924, mercedes 123T, vw corrado... they arent so exotic in europe (i am from poland) but to find those in excelent condition is very difficult. once again though - great cars! i envy :)

I'm speaking as a guy who has never touched a Daimler, but I have to say that I'd rather go for something else.

And seeing that engine in such a clean state begs a question: How often are these autos exposed to natural sunlight? Are they driven to any extent?

This car is a Daimler, series 111, but strange the way it has no badges on the rear of boot, seems in good condition probably 1982 to 1985 model the XJ6 jaguar is the same car, but the Daimler has the fluted grill and boot latch and is said to be better detailed, definately not rubbish though I have a 1985 series 111 Jaguar and in the four years I've owned it it has been the most reliable car I have evr owned! No oil leaks, doesn't burn oil and its all original with 200,000 kms nevr broken down

lol we have one of these in our school, and we beat it up sooo much lol, our is a green rust bucket. yea it has 2 gas tanks and the rear brakes are under the car... its weird.. my teacher tells us this car is garbage lol

These cars are bulletproof and very reliable, Always my "goto" Jaguar when i need reliable transport. Most refined and last of the historic XK motor..sob sob.

Don't be bothered by the ignorant children. Unfortunately the internet reflects how mediocre (at best) people are. Not special, unkind, selfish, ignorant...it saddens me.
