  • what i hate about how the process of criminal justice is set up is that it seems to be about WINNING and not necessarily seeking the truth. interrogators, prosecutors and defense attorneys all want to WIN--the truth be damned.

  • The shoe imprint and the DNA convinced me that Tim didn't do it... It's crazy how the detective ignored such crucial evidence like the shoe imprint.

  • mother fuckers

  • Btw he was fucking gorgeous :l poor thing ugh !

  • This shit just pisses me off so badly. He wasted 12 years of his life in prison for something he clearly did not do. 12 years he will NEVER get back. 12 years of his youth!! 10 mill is bullshit! There't nothing the system or anyone can do to pay him back for that. God know's what he went through in that prison. This breaks my heart I wish there was a way he could get those years of his life back. That cop seriously pisses me the hell off hearing the way he's talking UGH Societies screwed up bro

  • There's a common belief that policing is a profession and the people involved are highly trained. This could not be farther from the truth. They are not professionals in the same way a doctor or lawyer would be. I would be interested in seeing the type of training police officers, detectives and police management individuals get. Among all the complaints about the world today, one does not wonder why the world is the way it is when a 15 year old is framed for murder and his framers are free.

  • Jim Broderick, how do you sleep at night? I feel sorry for you, but more than that, I feel sorry for your family and the boy whos life you distroyed. Hang Your Head In Shame!!!

  • i dont know, folks...

i actually still think that there is a possibility that he is the killer. The "Touch DNA" evidence is not really convincing to me...

In my opinion "Touch DNA" shouldnt be allowed in court at all...

  • @trustice1 You are sick and evil. It is a shame that there are people like you who do this to inniocent people.

  • and then people wonder why cops are hated.

  • I just can't believe that idiot asshole cop destroyed this man. Or tried to for his reputation, I hope that asshole cop likes his reputation now, and I hope for Tim a good life.

  • This story makes me sick, I graduated in 1978 and so many males had drawings and scribbles of such, I can't believe what they did to that kid. Then got him locked up later because of that asshole idiot cop. I hope Tim is doing good and living a good life. Man this story pisses me off. The womans ex boyfriend is the one that killed her.

  • that stupid ass cop should be sentenced!!!! wtf was the point of lying??? sent an innocent man to prison for all those years for NOTHING ! and you wonder why people are left for dead .. seen and no one reports it.. their probably afraid that the fucking police are gonna try to pin it on them just to make their job easier. pure bullshit if you ask me !!!

  • @broncobabyy14 Wow, so I ever agree with you!

  • Love that this POS asks "why not somebody else near the field?" Yeah, maybe you should have asked yourself that question, dick. In fact, Dr. Richard Hammond, who is one of the people considered an actual possible suspect in this case, lived in a house overlooking that field.

  • People need to wise up to exactly how corrupt our justice system is in this country. I hear Tim got a settlement of 10mil, personally I don't feel he got enough for the time he spent in prison for a crime he clearly did not commit. A more fitting restitution would have been the 10 mill and the police officer who did this... should have been thrown in jail for the same amount of time this kid wasted his life away for! Then there would be a lot less of this crap...

  • @excaderesdesire The sad part about that is that the taxpayers got stuck with that bill and the filth who perpetrated this crime against Mr. Masters paid NOTHING. The corruption continues here in Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado. This is a disgusting city.

  • People like this police officer turn my stomach, This is video does not suprise me... this is is the typical way they question anyone... they take into custody their custody... everywhere in this country... Police lie to those they arrest beligerantly then they wonder why people do not trust them... Then they wonder why people do not respect them... People get prosecuted for coersion yet an officer appointed by the court of law can lie to the people they question to coerce a confession.

  • @excaderesdesire As I understand it, this travesty went on for some 15 hours and this young man had absolutely NO protection from these corrupt filthy pigs.....and this included more than the "police" officers.

  • "A judge today dismissed the case brought against Fort Collins police Detective Jim Broderick citing an expiration of the statute of limitations."

Well that cop gets to go free because lying to convict a person of murder, and having them put in jail for the rest of their life is perfect fine, just as long as they spend just enough time in jail so that the statute of limitations on any perjury charges happens to expire.

I guess being tough on crime doesn't apply to this cop.

  • @teseo1a - Trial is ongoing. Broderick is now arguing the statute of limitations angle, and trying to get the charges dropped. He is also trying to get the trial moved.

Basically Broderick is stalling as much as he can because he knows if it does go to trial that it won't be pretty for him.

  • Poor kid, I want to hug him =(

  • Whiny voiced cops make me want to hurl. "Tiiiiim...don't be lyin' to me now..."

I know the brainless fuck is just playing the "good cop" to the balance of the other asshole who was screaming at him, or those two harpy women, but god almighty, give me a break.

Indeed Broderick, why not "...anybody else who lived around the house."

    Shit sack creep.

Give credit to the kid, he never swerved from "I didn't do it.", despite everythhign they threw at him.

  • actually, Jim Broderick is on trial as we speak . We will see what unfolds.....

  • Why haven't these lying scumbag piece of shit cops been prosecuted yet? What the fuck is going on in America today??? The fucking cops LIE and the story comes out- WHERE THE FUCK IS THE OUTRAGE???????? Give an asshole egomaniac a badge and a gun and he will fuck up. That scumbag loser cop needs to be prosecuted up the ass. Treat him like dirt as he did to others. What a fucking piece of shit.

  • @Muzzy337 There is, apparently, little outrage in this disgusting city. The sheeple are totally on board with "sustainability"=Agenda 21, fluoride in their water, and are NOT up in arms about this crime that involved many many people at many levels........AND it continues today. They're still railroading absolutely innocent people; I know one right now and she's been through a great deal.

  • i think they should make a movie on this and expose broderick to the whole world.

  • I will never understand how the DA, Broderick, is STILL with the Fort Collins police department. Who in their right mind thinks that what he did was excusable? There is something wrong with that department.

  • poor kid..
