  • @PsalmsNmyrrh the 2 dislikes don't know REAL music. They must be tone deaf

  • @PsalmsNmyrrh

LOL family, make it "3 dislikes" now...

I've been a fan of Ms. Stone ever since the late 90's-early 2000's!

  • Ms Stone!!! Excellent, beautiful, imaginative, creative, and most of all SOULFUL!!! I wish you blessings and continued strength. Thank you my sister.

  • Clearly my main man D' Angelo's influence is on this track, but that just puts a cherry on top of what's already a great track. Angie's so talented... And what a musical couple they made!

  • MS G-this is my song. Dedicated to those who have been past loves. Love ya Angie

  • This sounds so D Angelo... love this song!!!!

  • D'Angelo wrote it

  • OH MY GOD

  • Angie Stone is a Neo-Soul diva!!! To me, she´s one of the top best artists of the world music...I got "Stone hits- The Very Best of Angie Stone", and i can tell u all people, i love all of her songs, top to bottom! There isn´t one song that i like less than the others, everything is excellent!!! So talented!

I love "Everyday", of course! She had a little help from D´Angelo to do this, i think that his musical influence here is very obvious...good, ´cause i love him too!

  • it's the other way around she gave him his sound

  • @Arcalot angie stone is definately one of the best soul sista's actually if you really get into her lyrics like i do i bet everything <dramatization" you would want to put her cd in before maryj many might disagree but her style is too diverse not to enjoy her artism

  • @Arcalot Actually, the deal is that she influenced him lol! He borrowed a lot of her arrangement style and she talks about that in an interview I read somewhere.

  • @readmore2008 but lets be honest, she has a propensity to extend and streeeeetch the truth in interviews. A lot of hype and drama around how she speaks. If this was her sound how comes nothing else she does sounds like this and Brown Sugar was done before they got together (as in before he released it - was sitting on it for some years)

I like Angie but D'Angelo is the greatest.

  • @Arcalot D'Angelo is inspired her also cause she writes for him sometimes :) but I love them both!

  • I love this song so much! THanks for posting!

  • i have the mary j blige version as well

  • thank you for posting this. man i haven't heard this song since 1998-1999

  • O YES. Angie Stone & Devox!!! I remember the video to this from the Money Talks Soundtrack. lol

  • Angie at her funkiest. Love, love this woman.

  • first song i had heard from her -- back then it went as "angie stone & devox" ... there is a video for this, too. still my favorite (and she's got a load of ace tunes).

  • lovee this song
