I managed to fit a 360 in the top with some modding and force. I cut the top cut with a water jet and replaced the mesh, still looks stock. I put a 240 on the bottom to get some cool air. Runs my 4.2ghz i7 @ 1.31v cool as, just a little off the rooms ambient temp.

push the overclock to ~3.7GHz you could do it easily with your WC setup! The cooling looks odd...looks like youve got a little bit of foam or air bubbles in it.

Nope. Because you use non-conductive liquid plus you have a clips over the barbs to prevent any of the tubing coming lose.
