The film was not as confusing as I was told. Main guy played his character awfully well. I founded it on kòòkica. If I had to criticize, I walked away not knowing much about the other characters, but that didn't affect the experience.

The film was not as confusing as I was told. Main guy played his character awfully well. I founded it on kòòkica. If I had to criticize, I walked away not knowing much about the other characters, but that didn't affect the experience.

Those who like to criticize Chavez are usually people from the middle to upper classes who would rather see privatization in Venezuela and keep profits in the hands of the rich. Yes the poor are still enduring hardships, but they are much better off now then they were with the U.S. backed leaders of the past.

Private media/news agencies still exist in Venezuela. So I don't know where you get your info from. And it's a fact that poverty has been on the decline since Chavez has been leading the country. When news outlets are owned by corporations (like most in the U.S.), they have their own interests in mind, not those of the public. Stone made this film to debunk the lies being broadcast on US tv. Hugo Chavez wouldn't let Stone film this movie without knowing for a fact Stone would portray Chavez in a positive way. This film will have slick editing and camerawork. Don't trust it, it's really not hard to edit out the hours of footage he has form this shoot. Movies like this are filmed with a 20/1 ratio. Meaning 19/20ths of the footage is left on the cutting room floor. I'm not saying don't see it. Just know how movies like this are made before you watch it. Just like Michael Moore's

You should do a second part on the reality and danger that this man has become for Venezuela and the real suffering of its people that its not shown in the media manipulated for Mr. Chavez....
