As someone who travels for his job and often leaves family for days at a time, I understand the challenges of the road. It takes INCREDIBLE patience on the part of the other loved one in the relationship. That's what Crystal is about to enter with her new life. It will take a man with boatloads of patience, and probably a man who can play house husband. But Crystal's talent and performance proves she has a calling. It will work out in the end.
Crystal is very wise beyond her years. She will survive, she will come out of this stronger and more determined and as Kara said, with even greater passion in her belly. The title isn't the most important thing, the opportunity is Just as I felt last year, the runner up is the more talented but will be better off , with more freedom to develop their artistry as they see fit. I love Crystal. I think she was robbed by the little superficial girls with daddy's cell phone who think Lee is cute. If I could tell her anything in the mist of this drama that's pulling her this way and that, I would tell her to lean on Jesus. Only he can give her the best plan that would benefit both her and her boy.

She's obviously very hurt by this, poor dear to be treated like that really sucks, but it's true what she says, and I know that I couldn't handle my husband with a career like that b/c it really does take its tole on the relationship and all around you and it's a selfish career but she was born for this and must be selfish in order to give the way she does in her music. As someone who travels for his job and often leaves family for days at a time, I understand the challenges of the road. It takes INCREDIBLE patience on the part of the other loved one in the relationship. That's what Crystal is about to enter with her new life. It will take a man with boatloads of patience, and probably a man who can play house husband. But Crystal's talent and performance proves she has a calling. It will work out in the end.

Crystal is very wise beyond her years. She will survive, she will come out of this stronger and more determined and as Kara said, with even greater passion in her belly. The title isn't the most important thing, the opportunity is Just as I felt last year, the runner up is the more talented but will be better off , with more freedom to develop their artistry as they see fit. At least the guy isn't a gold-digger. Who breaks up with someone right before they could become the most famous person in America? Granted, I'm a guy and I'm looking at this logically rather than emotionally. It sucks for her. But on the other hand if he's that kind of guy (stupid and heartless), there are going to be a lot of guys begging the ex to put Crystal's cell number up on EBay. No harm, no foul.
