it was when Bella had almost fainted in Biology because they were blood testing. So Mike Newton helped her out of the classroom and they were sitting down (well, Bella half-unconcious on the ground) and then Edward came by and he took her to the nurse.

Bella get queasy at the sigh of blood, she almost fainted, so mike's like ooo I'll take her. They walk together half way, then Edward comes and caries her the rest of the way. That was one of my fav. scenes in the book. But it's not in the movie.
