If people want to believe this nonsense, I have no problem with it, as long as they don't try to legislate it, don't proselytize about it, and don't try to forcefeed it to my children. But they do all of those things. Religious freedom is protected by the Constitution, but so is separation of church and state and that's not going great, is it?

The fact is that religion is a cancer and threat to our survival and you might as well accept it.
