Thumbs up if agree, when you first start you can just make a man, woman and kids when making Sims. That way you can just marry the woman right away. No need to find a woman and give birth.:D

To propose going steady (girlfriend) she has to think ur irrisistable at the time same with propose marriage. U have to click throw party and then choose thr catagory as wedding party. During the party when ur in a good mood click romantic then get married and exchange rings. That way its not private.
