It's a program that helps you by actually playing the tabs so you can hear how it sounds instead of trying to just figure it out.

Really helpful.

You can also use Power Tab, it's a free version of the same thing but it sounds a lot worse.

You can search around on youtube to find Guitar Pro for free (it's obviously not legal though ;P) or I can tab it out normally for you (if I get the time for it).

Drop D only applies to the low E, which is just common knowledge of the guitar, but obviously it's confused a few people.
