@ChezFeroce My mom wants me to do less classes (I'm taking 15 and assisting with one.) but I'm the at the top of my game, every studio has a "Maddie" and that would be me, and the only thing that you probably wouldn't be able to do if you started now is your flexibility, cause adults are less "limber".

@ChezFeroce Sit in the position and do your everyday tasks, I do my homework in my stradle and I actually used to watch Dance Moms in my splits and I'd change sides during commercial, everytime you sit in the position over a period of time it should go down more, just be careful.
