and yeah XDD I get that a lot. It's either Black, Hawaiian, Hispanic, Eskimo?, Asian, or mixed. My skin changes/gets darker depending on the seasons/sun exposure so it's hard for people to tell XDD

@kevi246 Thanks! Oh and I did this tutorial while I was visiting my brother and he didn't have ANY hairspray at his place. So when I teased my hair originally, it fell completely flat. So I edited out myself teasing the hair. which is why my curls are very frizzy at the end. I'll be doing more Gyaru tutorials and will definitely tease next time.
