    I can also tell you that a 13 yo is NOT as sexy and attractive as Miley is in this picture. A 13 yo (as with a 12yo) looks just like a little kid. Yeah you might say she's cute in the sense you'd say that a baby is cute (like "oh what a cute little kid"), but not as a synonym for sexy. But Miley is quite sexy in this pic.
