Nobody buys these types of games - many companies have tried (Hirameki had some great games to offer and they still went under!) Your best chance of getting this game officially is Mangagamer - right now they target males, but they are releasing the murder mystery novel game Higurashi no Naku Koro ni this fall - email them and tell them you would buy Under The Moon - maybe they'll release it if enough people say so. :-)
Every guy is cute in an otome game, especially tis one, this is one of favourites along with Jingi Naki Otome, now THAT has cute guys, it's hard to find even though it's popular...

There should be more games for this audience!! The only mature otome game developers that I know of are Tiara Mode and Sugar Beans
