  • Do you remember the artist of this song? or the song name? I just LOVE your music choices

  • @Mr420rush See the end credits.

    G.

  • As an ordinary Japanese, I means I have only poor knowledge about bonsai, I dare say it's not a bonsai.

I say this is a botanical art.

  • you sir are a person id love to meet and shake your hand..

  • I must know what music that is! Please :D It's captivating to listen to while watching you work on trees.

  • @Cadarvel Look at the end of the credits.

    G.

  • Did you air layer this? If not, how do you root such thick trunks like that?

  • Congratulations, great clips , u have carduelis carduelis ? is heard in each video as sings

  • anyone know the name of the song and artist?

  • Amazing! True artistry!

  • graham you magnificent bastard i love your work. i watch your vids and time and time again your take trains wrecks of tree and turn them in beautiful works of art. keep up the good work.

  • Thanks for the information and inspiration. I'd about given up on making bonsai, but with your help I'm wiring up a storm and planning some collection trips. I've noticed abandoned farmsteads in my area - maybe something interesting there? Also our national forest allows some collecting. Can't wait for snowmelt. Thanks again, LG ps keep those videos coming!!

  • where is my comment?

  • This is the third video I am commenting, and normally I don't post comments... but I am seeing some lovely trees! I am just not sure, ethically, about taking this trees from their natural enviroment, especially from someonelse's home (Italy). I am not saying it is wrong, but I do have some reservations about that.

    Anyway, very well done

  • @Riccardo9245 We don't 'take' trees from anywhere. All of our material is sourced from horticultural professionals and private bonsai collections.

    G.

  • @Riccardo9245 dude its just a tree...

  • do you leave it in this bucket after such harsh work for it to recover or do you immediatly repot to a bonsai pot?

  • @atzerath NEVER REPOT A RECENTLY STYLED TREE! This pine will stay in this pot for 3-5 years. It's not bonsai yet and putting it into a bonsai pot will severely hinder it's development.

  • I bought a Cupressus macrocarpa 'Goldcrest'...(bout 20cm tall) for a nurcery , i have no idea what to do with it ... Please help me i was think semi crascade...

  • @MrGlitchGlitchGlitch I already did a movie with cupressus.

    G.

  • grandissimo artista.. ma non capisco una parola..... sarebbe meraviglioso se potessi capire tutto quello che dice!!!!

  • how do you paint it

  • @chikibaby03006 Not paint. Lime sulphur.

    G.

  • Great before and after; shows what a big differance wiring makes. People go ohh and ahh and how does graham do it? Because they never wired their trees!

  • @93hipgnosis Don't get me started!

    G.

  • EVERYONE please keep it to minimum. it really does impact the future of these environments.

  • @topdeckdog - Good point! Great bonsai material can be 'collected' from abandoned nurseries, yards/gardens, areas being cleared for roads, housing, shopping malls - (all of which do much more damage to the future of the planet than collecting the occasiona tree from a wilder place).

  • If I was you I would get rid of the root to the left because the tree flows right except that root witch takes your eye of the main tree and kind of spoils the tree. But that is just the way I see it. Great tree thank you so much.

  • so skillful

  • Graham, when you are going to b. on new york .

  • Lovely, great job....

  • Very nice.

  • UNBELIEVABLE! Congratulations Graham, you are a master!

  • You did it again, a beautiful finish!

  • I dont have a bonsai class to go to and the videos are my school. Please keep up the good work and videos. Looking forward for the next one. I hope it comes soon.

    Thanks
