Dude, a lot of shit has already been done before. what do you expect, 100% original content? If a joke is repackaged in a different way and is entertaining I see no problem with it as long as the comic has other original jokes that are in their act, which Patton Oswalt has a lot of. Carlos Mecia's acts are mostly unoriginal content which is why he's a shitty comedian. But you act as if making a joke that isn't completely original selling out. I thought his delivery was pretty clever.
