Hi. No I don't find it jarring at all. I started doing the basics, without juggling the bell. I made sure the body was used to the iron before starting to juggle. Ease in to it.

Do you find it very "jarring" to begin with? I'm concerned about the impact on the joints and the small muscles surrounding them etc.
