1) Activision signed a deal with microsoft that MS would get the content first for (x) amount of years.

2) Because of this, the map pack was already sent a couple months back as it takes a while to process through on xbox(due to MS's add-on security check bullshit). They'll probably have sent the add-on off by the start of february to be put through sony's check.

People love throwing their money at Activision. Saw discussions on people wanting gun pack DLC for the AK-74u. They don't even know that gun is already in the game. It's just in the single player campaign and the Spec-Ops missions lol. All IW has to do is enable it for multiplayer but they'd sell to them because they'll buy it. Main reason why I stopped playing Domination. When I play with randoms I tell them not to Triple Cap and they do then we end up getting obliterated. Then they wonder why. Then when I play in parties they don't Triple Cap but they run in their spawns causing spawn flips and that fucks everything up. Back to Kill Confirmed for me.

I got the MW3 edition Xbox from my girl for Christmas and still have not turned on my ps3! On the ps3 it took 5 or 6 bullets to kill someone. On Xbox it takes 3 or 4! I think my lag comp was stronger on ps3 and on Xbox it's not there!
