hello sister... im going to start doing the cleanse, but i went to the web site of the red clay and the container that you held up, they say it for animals. i want to get it because its 10 dollars less than the human kind. i think it the same thing just different labels. i live in southern cali so it wont take long to come.

@BEAUTIFULJUNE3 yes, it is soooo wonderful to finally be free, what a blessing. i am not sure of the one you are mentioning if it is the same brand then by all means. i know that the clay is good for humans and animals. i wish you good health, and mostly high spiritual health. barakatha
@MyLordYahushua hi sis, it varies, i really go by the directions given. i took up to 4 klamath algae per day, 2 cups of aloe, n 2 teaspoon of red desert clay 1 in the morning 1 in the evening. when mixing the red clay use a wooden utensil. i wish u well, i will also begin again next week. i chopped my hair off going natural (no perms) so i want to bring it to it's natural health now. no more chemicals.
@vera747 Has the red desert clay been effective at cleaning heavy metals from your body? I can't decide between red desert clay and liquid zeolite. Red desert clay seems alot better. What do you think?
@777TylerJB I think I will go with liquid zeolite. It actually buffers your PH towards a good alkalinity. Red desert clay has a PH similar to baking soda which is not a good PH for the body.

Hi sis, seen your mastercleanse videos. You are doing good. I struggle with fasting. I will look into the cleansing products you mentioned. the red clay is interesting. You have such a wonderful, peaceful spirit. Bless you sis and stay strong.
@2cakes1 tnx sis, you will be amazed at what they will do for your body, never again will one be told they are deficient in a nutrient taking any of these products. for fasting, its a day to day thing, i find that when i set a goal, i fail; when i say 'for today' i surprise myself when i make it another one. bless your spirit sis

Good for you Vera. I have done the Master cleanse twice(did it last year). I have only gone as long as 10 days each time, my goal is 21. I will be starting mine in 12 days. I was really sick all of April so doctor put me on high doses of anti biotics, I feel fine now, but sometimes feeling the sickness trying to relapse, I know I will need the cleanse now.
