Its funny how 6.7L Cummins guys are getting ride of there VGT turbos (unless there doing a twin set--up) for fixed vain turbos and more and more 12-valve, 24-valve, and CR Cummins guys seem like they are adopting the VGT's. Well, I only know of one guy who ran a 6.7L VGT on his 12-valve unitl he popped it :). Interesting tuning the AFC with a VGT!
That was the exhaust brake at the end right? Sounded like an air plane so much I could sware a jet was flying over the first time I watched the vid, then it hit me VGT turbo w/ EB function!

I think you are hearing the interco Truxus STS tires whining... The vgt turbo is gone :-) it's an FPE billet 66/73 T4 S300
