I had same problem Then I thought could it be the patch and it was I installed patch 4 and then I could join any server try It it might work for you guys and thats a might and can't promise anything

I hv the same problem but as i read in some forums many ppl sad the problem is that many ppl have typed hacked serial numbers in the game or in other word they dont have the original game serial number so thats why they get connection failed

as for me i didnt bought the game :)
