  • wow I think you both were fantastic. All the best from the UK.

  • Thank you! :)

  • aww I'm sorry you guys didn't get those DQ's!! But Zing was still amaZING! =) Great job you guys!!

  • Thank you! I definitely want to go in 2010! Because of his shoulder, I don't know if Q can go this year. If I qualify, I am taking Zing to USDAA nationals! :)

  • ok Zing is sooo fast!! He had some awesome dws!! I love how he like slids into in weaves haha!! He has a bit hyper huh? That damn triple!! I swere him and the triple seem to be haveing a fight or something cuz when he knocks it , it seems like he about kills himself, like at orlando, haha!! You should have got that pic!! But anyway!!! Amazing job out there you 2! btw, hows Q?

  • We missed you at Vero!!! Zing has a really hard time with the spreads! He scared me, but I didn't want to leave because he's super sensitive. Tomorrow, Q has another appointment with the vet. At the moment, he is entered in all the future trials, but I might have to pull him. :(

  • I think Zing could do a running DW. Have you ever tried it?

  • would you WANT to train a dog that is that insanely fast to have a running DW. There wouldn't really be much of a point (unless you were worried about the pressure that stopping would put onto his body at such high speeds) except maybe if he was really cautious and slow on the downside of the DW, not the case with Zing!!

  • The a-frame worries me. In the future, I might change to running because he really slams his shoulders. :(

  • On both DW and A-frame?

  • Just the a-frame! I am happy with Zing's 2o/2o d/w. :)

  • I originally tried a running dog-walk, but I used stride regulators because I wasn't really sure how I wanted to train it. I *really* wish that I had stuck with a running a-frame, I think that Zing could have had one if I had used a different method. I will probably re-train his a-frame in a couple years because he really slams his shoulders. A running dog-walk would be awesome, but it takes so much time. With Quiz, I have lots of hours on a flat/slightly raised board. :) Decisions... :)

  • oh wow. so much speed!

good luck with nats next year! :)

  • Thank you! :)
