How do you tie in the tail after using this cast-on method?

This is the best long-tail/double cast-on/continental cast on video by far...lots of details (length of yarn for stitch number, easy to see, easy to hear you). Thanks for making it so easy! I got it right away (with the help of the pause button, lol.)

I had a hard time getting it at first.. It was a GREAT video, I just didn't catch that you had to actually drop the yarn off the left side when you tighten :)
