i dont think they used a camcorder. its not even a surveillance cam. this was taken back in 2005 using a camera phone. imagine the resolution of the camera phones during that time.

plus, those who caught this are just average office employees and security guards and i bet that they didnt have the top-of-the line camera phones because it would take them at least two months of their salaries. but if youll use a camera phone to view this, it'll be much better.
