@SuperXdrake Yes, it DOES work with continuum shift, although it requires patience, time, and most important of all, skill ^.^ (because you have to charge 2 (down on the stick) than press 8(up on the stick)+D to do his new astral) Y it works? because I have the skill to perform it sucessfully, time and patience are none existent in my books (^w^)

Tiers are based on tournament match results. If Carl is high tier, that means he wins a lot of rounds/matches/tournaments.

He isn't the worst character in that regard. I'm not sure how you define "worst" but having nearly all good matchups does not make a character bad. In fact, I think most people would define the worst character as the one with the most bad matchups. In which case that honor belongs to Tager.

Carl can set up the infinite very easily against Tager which means instant death.

Prof that that Nu is broken is how the creators destroyed her in BBCS. Carls strength is his combos, you call him bad so i guess you don't combo much.
