i played only cod in the last months and i bought bad company 2 some days ago, and i have to say its much easier than cod and my first game was 17:5, next 23:5. i like cod and bc but the most bc players are so shitty. cod is a little harder because of the noob weapons everyone uses. but i like bc playing objective and if someone is good at heli he pwns all the enemy team, if not hes dead after some seconds. in codd theres another movement and definately more action!

Comparing bf3 and mw3 is just as dumb and pointless as comparing bc2 and mw2. the gameplay is totally different, different pace, map & team size, objectives and feel. one is a fast paced quake-like deathmatch mayhem, the other a teambased large-map tac shooter.
