It's funny how 8 years ago i would have watched this with my mouse open and go out telling everybody about the vid. Now it's just pretty average good skateboarding. Skateboarding along with all other extreme sports is progressing good and it doesn't seem to stop. Tricks that were only said as a joke and called "impossible" just 5 years ago have been landed. Kids these days are not knowin...almost ALL pros from this era pushed mongo for switch. It was common and the norm. JB GIllet, Lavar McBride, Gideon Choi, Enrique Lorenzo, Koston, the list goes on. It's only later on that "mongo" was made fun of so newer kids coming up learned to push switch normally or started out mongo and switched later (after being made fun of). It came naturally to them to push normal switch due to having used the back foot as the dominant foot before.

actually im pretty sure every skateboarder who pushes like a normal person makes fun of mongo skaters no matter how good they are, have you ever seen a pro skate mongo? pretty sure bill danforth is the only one who ever has and that was way back in the day, the whole point of pushing normally is so that you can set up your front foot while you push and have more control over your board, pushing mongo requires you to set up both feet after pushing
