Some people come to college just to party and because they feel obligated (sad, but true); I think what you're trying to do is change the culture to one that doesn't waste potential... one that focuses on creation rather than consumption. I think they're great ideas (while I don't go to your school), but I also think that most people won't want to listen, because it inconveniences their idea of what post-secondary education is like... and requires efforts that aren't instantly paid back in $s

Yes college student should not look at college as just a party stage but also should use that time to develope skills and community service gives them that oppurtunity .
