Gregg Araki films, & this movie in particular, fill me with such nostalgia. Although tortured indeed, they represent for me a snapshot in time of reckless, careless, fearless youth.
its funny with that black kid zero makin out wit da white hoe zoey cuz it reminds me of me when i was younger and i took my white girl 2 a party and tapped that ass lol
The song comes from Slowdive's very first EP for Creation Records in 1990, entitled 'Slowdive.' There's also an instrumental version, 'Avalyn 2,' on the EP. The cover is mostly green, with a spin-art effect. The EP itself has long been out of print and never reissued. I happen to own it, purchased at Moby Discs in Sherman Oaks in 1990, but I have no intentions of selling.
This is definitely one of my top favorite movies!!! I own a VHS copy, and now I'm looking for a DVD copy...ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE!!! Any suggestions? Please? Thanks! :-)
I was thinking that if you guys have been looking for the song forever that maybe i could send you guys a mp3 over the internet if a found out how to do that lol let me know what u guys think!
This is one of my favorite movies as well. One of my favorite parts is when those 2 girls are at the big party and they're talking about some girl getting fat, and they say "I warned her not to stop doing crystal!" SO funny!!!
Yeah, I"ve seen "The Doom Generation" but not the other one, i think it's called "Totally Fucked Up??" yeah but i need to watch it tho! haha i love this director! thanks 4 watching!
wait...this movie has a sequel!??! why didn't u tell me!? :o Is the doom generation as good as Nowhere? if it was as good i think u woulda told me about it. @.@
nowhere was really weird of course but i liked a lot of the things in it...like the themes and of course the weird alien things lol
I'm pretty sure that the doom generation is not a sequel to nowhere, but is like, part of a trilogy of movies that the director made that are similar. I've seen the doom generation, and i didn't like it as much as nowhere but it was still pretty cool in a lot of aspects. (it had Rose Mcgowen in it!!!)
Yeah sorry everyone i couldn't get the whole song on here without the pictures running out and all that....so yeah, and i know the quality is not that good and all...sorry.
Man how I miss the fucking 90's:)
