QV is love at first sight. It is not exactly a car. The only mistake you can make if you buy it, is to buy it in black color as i did. I really think that red is better.

Skoda has no history & is from a stable, cars are made for the mass market, by a company, who has built up an image. Alfas are designed by engineers for people who have passion & enthusiasm. Alfa is one of only a few icons the world, e.g. Ferrari, Bugatti. Aston Martin, Lancia Delta Integrale, Ford Escort. Ask any petrol head is Skoda an icon? And I know the answer will be a big fat NO. I am a Skoda enthusiast, love them for their fun to drive factor, from the 80's to the current Fabia vRS TSi that I have, they have all been great, and although slated by idiotic so-called comedians in the 80's, a rear engined Skoda is awesome fun to drive with loads of character, as is my new vRS.

@skorob2010 The Gulietta looks quite nice when you see it in real. I drove the Gulietta 1.4 and the 159 SW Ti. The 159 is outdated, but is still a good car. The Gulietta has razor sharp steering and drives better than a Golf 6 1.4 TSI. The exteriour is just your taste, you like it or not. There is a vRS in my village and it sounds great, looks great and isn't that expensive. Both brands are great in their own way, Both with fine build quality.

It's a beautiful looking car...even more so in the metal, but sadly, it's a bit disappointing to drive. I've driven it and it simply doesn't feel like it has 133kw per tonne. The Renaultsport RS250 eats it alive and it's not a better drive than the GTI either.
