  • 2012 And I Still Listen 2 this. Talkin bout Holding you down.

  • Feels like some old school Rawkus.

  • classic

  • Whos beat was this first? Isnt this Jay-Z beat?

  • @XXXXNanoXXXxxx alchemist made it

  • this tune is all about love 4 the homeboys..i like the last guy he smashes it..

  • "...I don't care if it's the president, I'll cock my shit, for you I'll lay a n***a down..." I like that verse... Fuck the new world order!!!

  • haha dj premier in the video. thats sick. that is a deadly combination

  • 2011 And I Still Listen 2 Thiss : )

  • @30MFLORES DoooooooooooooooooooooooooooWN.

  • GTA IV + HOLD YOU DOWN = BEAUTIFUL

  • Alchemist gets respect any where he goes. He knows hip hop plus he's like the dealer and the rappers are the fiends because he got that shit all rappers want which is dope beats.

  • NICE! Plus those twins are cute.

  • 6 people wasnt held down

  • This is real hip hop music! Disgustingly underrated

  • frbi volim te najviše♥

  • yo the bar is as great as a full battery on yo fone :) n dis song go hard

  • These new clowns that talk shit about sampling, let it be known that CLASSICS were made through sampling. Hip Hop is sampling, if you're knocking sampling, you should bury yourself.

Hip Hip is not that new keyboard chicken plucking shit these clown ass "producers" make now a days, anyone can pluck a few keys but not everyone can take a 2 bar sample and make it a hit or a classic. Learn mothafuckas!

  • This is da shit old shit ya dig

  • When was dis made, cuz they don't make hip hop like dis anymore.

  • @BrooklynMob22 the album was from alchemist called the 1st infantry and that track was featured in the album it was realeased in june 29 2004

  • song goes in

  • nothing wrong with sampling

some of the finest hip hop from 90's was sample nwa, premo, pac they all had hits that have been sample

  • All you faggots think that sampling is easy and requires no skill or talent?FUCKING TRY IT!!!

  • i cant see why people hate sampling. to make a good track by sampling requires way more creativity than just using synths n shit.

  • 5 dislikes, hmmmm?

they dont know what real music is !!!

  • I just wanna say that this video is amazing first of all its representing very well the the beat which is going. Then i mean the idea of paying for all the things with music is amazing. The two female singers are great they truely feeling the music 0:05, 1:11 just great amzing voices. to see the producer and the artist together in the video is also awesome. Makes me sad seeing the video having 100000 clicks when other videos with female strippers and money throwing artists got way more

    5/5 awesom

  • HE SO SEXII I LUV ME A WHITE MAN SUMTIMEZ

  • loving the alchemist beat if you like real hip hop check out my videos and channel.

  • Always wished Hav was on this instead of illa ghee though...

  • @VIKTOR, this song came out in 2004. It was the single from producer/rapper Alchemist's first album, 1st Infantry. This song was actually like the Exhibit C of 2004. It got a lot of exposure on mainstream TV and radio. It helped 1st Infantry sell a lot of records.

  • CLASSIC !!!

  • Love dis shit.... Tha alchemist in the flesh!!!

  • @viktorhat It's originally a Mobb Deep song and they remixed it.

  • this is one sick song [;

  • yeah man...them some fine butter-ricans, harmonizin'

  • man... nina sky is sooo damn hottt :P

  • About 4 to 5 years ago. If you like this, check out purple city and other Mobb Deep shit, like hell on earth

  • @viktorhat around 2001 i think its not new

  • classic song the beat's sampled from a jay-z track "soon you'll understand"

  • Alchemist is too sick

  • oh man this is a fuckin classic song

  • goes back. ohh man, i was like in 6th grade gawd

  • hold you downnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • classic song, M.O.B.B.

  • damn P head nappy az shit

  • The sample actually says "Hold you stand". If you don't believe me listen to Jay-Z Roc La Familia album

  • he might sampled it but alchemist perfected it...dis shit is way harder then jayz shit.

  • beat wise.. yea.. but jay shitted on the soon youll understand joint though...

    -------

its crazy though cause the original record never says "down".. alc used the "stand" from understand and made it work... its really saying "hold you stand"

  • @ Stros, if you wanna go further, it's actually chopped at "..tand". The fact Al fooled people with that alone makes me like this beat better, I love the chops and the clap snares on this. I like Jay's lyrics more, but I like this beat better. I'll try to find you a link of Alchemist talking about the creation of this song if you send me a message. Also, peep the street version on youtube before Nina Sky got on the joint!

  • Nabeelmehmood....You sound like a asshole for saying some shit like that.
