Everyone that has played the Ace Attorney games knows that Winston does all the things a good prosecutor does, like tifforo1 says, EXCEPT when the evidence or testimony finds a hole in his cases against the defendants. When that happens, he, as the second AA game says "Has trouble getting his point across," and is wincing in pain, no pun intended, for pretty much the majority of the rest of his trials. His "holes" are easy to see, since he is seen only in the first cases of each game.

I do believe that it is possible for someone who has been disbarred to be reinstated as a lawyer. However, someone on TVTropes claimed that being stupid and irresponsible enough to do what he did was grounds for disbarrment even if it wasn't intentional. Then there's the issue of what he does during THIS case...
