Nylon strings are shit. They will only fuck up your sound , Perseverence is the key. Hand strength comes only in time.

Try to learn where are notes on your fingerboard. So you could use for example 2nd "fret" on A instead of running for 7th "fret" on E. You should also use more last finger (smallest one) instead of ringfinger, so You can reach notes, and you'll dont have to move your hand all the time.

Simple things that works

practice your left hand, and try to learn where are notes, so you can play this song with not moving your left hand. go on! :)
